Behavior Analyst
Job Description:
The Behavior Analyst is responsible for teaching daily functional skills and replacement behaviors to adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or intellectual disability. The adults live in a shared home with 24/7 staff supervision.
He/she will implement programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) including but not limited to Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Therapy and Social Skills Training.
Key responsibilities include data collection, analyzing & graphing data, training staff on behavior interventions, and writing clinical session notes.
