Behavior Analyst
Job Description:
The Behavior Analyst is responsible for teaching daily functional skills and replacement behaviors to adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or intellectual disability. The adults live in a shared home with 24/7 staff supervision.
He/she will implement programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) including but not limited to Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Therapy and Social Skills Training.
Key responsibilities include data collection, analyzing & graphing data, training staff on behavior interventions, and writing clinical session notes.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree is required with experience in the field of special education, counseling or work with adults and/or children on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities
- Process of obtaining a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavioral Specialist is highly preferred but not required
- Must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for working with adults
- Must have ability to bend, lift, run, stoop, kneel and be able to quickly transition from a seated floor position to standing position
- Experience with creating spreadsheets in Excel and Google
- Experience with graphing and analyzing data
- Experience writing clinical session notes

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
